1. What is the best food experience you’ve ever had? Wow, that’s very hard to say! As an avid foodie, I love exploring new places through their cuisine. I love Italian food but am also a fan of Southeast Asian fare, such as Thai and Vietnamese. I’ve eaten some of the best curries in wooden huts on remote beaches in Thailand.
2. Describe your perfect working day in three words—coffee, people, words. My work passion is telling other people’s stories, which is why I became a journalist. I love to meet, be inspired, interview, and write about interesting people and share their stories. Being a storyteller is very satisfying.
3. Slow living is… taking time to enjoy ‘that’ moment: the food, company, sounds and smells.
4. What creative field would you like to conquer one day? I would like to play the piano and become a better photographer. I’ve never trained for either, so I would like to be good at both one day.
